Terms • We reserve the right not to ship an order if the previous order has not been fully paid. • There will be a 1.5% monthly late charge added to delinquent balances. • Checks returned from your bank as unpaid will incur a $36.00 service charge. Shipping All orders are shipped F.O.B. warehouse Hialeah, FL USA. Claims Notify Love is in the Air within 7 days of the delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order. New Accounts • All new accounts must pay for their first order upon delivery, or at time of pick-up at our warehouse. Orders that are shipped via UPS, FedEx or any other carrier must be prepaid. • For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Novus. Orders • Our minimum order is $100.00. • For all orders placed, we need 48 hours notice. During the holiday season 72 hours is necessary. • We reserve the right to require prepayment of any order. Returns Customer may return merchandise up to 10 days after you receive it. Customer assume the freight costs for the return shipment. All returns must be reported to our customer service department. We will credit your account only for merchandise that has been reported to us and then received by us in good condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account. Resale Certification Customer must provide by mail or fax their Tax ID Number or their Employer ID Number. On foreign customers, they must provide by mail or fax their Corporate ID Number.
